Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Voycee platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Voycee provides AI-powered voice reception services including automated call answering, appointment scheduling, call routing, transcription, and workflow automation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with usage-based billing for call minutes.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
• Each plan includes a bundle of call minutes. Overage minutes are billed at the per-minute rate specified in your plan.
• Prepaid wallet credits are non-refundable and expire according to the terms of your plan.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored through the current billing period.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws
• Transmit spam, robocalls, or unsolicited bulk communications
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity through the AI agents
• Use the Service to collect sensitive personal data without proper consent

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including call recordings, transcripts, and business information. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Phone Numbers

Phone numbers provisioned through the Service remain the property of the underlying carrier. Upon cancellation, numbers are retained for a 30-day grace period. After the grace period, unretained numbers are released back to the carrier pool.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party provider outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voycee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the portal. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
